The download list feature (.csv) now includes:
1. Applicant Matches
- Columns: Job Model Name, Job Model Version, Match Score, First Name, Last Name, Survey Date, Title, Email, Report Name, Folder, Survey Type, Source, Invitation Sent By
- Where to find: VIEW & CREATE > Applicant Matches > Download List icon (

2. Job Models
- Columns: Account Name, Account Number, Job Model Name, Created Date, Active Version, Contributors, Version Count, Last Edit Date, Folder, Owner, Shared Folders, Active Match Count, Archived Match Count
- Where to find: VIEW & CREATE > Job Models > Download List icon ()
3. TeamScans
- Account Name, Account Number, Team Name, Created Date, Active Version, Contributors, Reports, Generated Version Count, Last Edit Date, Folder
- Where to find: VIEW & CREATE > Teams > Download List icon ()
- Lists are downloaded as .csv files and can be opened by your favorite spreadsheet application
- Records included in the downloaded list is determined by your Search Options
- The initial order of records in the downloaded list is determined by your Sort by selection(s). You can easily re-order or filter the records in your spreadsheet application.
- This feature was previously released for View All and Pre-Purchase Account Transactions (Gold and Silver plans).
