Increase Communication Effectiveness with a Communication Workshop

Develop effective communication skills

Is There a Breakdown in Communication?

Have you ever made the comment, “That’s not what I meant” or “You misunderstood me”? Have you ever found your mind scrambling to figure out what someone is trying to say to you? Consider what happens in a conversation when an element of frustration or exuberance is added. Does the communication exchange get scrambled even more?

Mastering the art of verbal communication begins with bridging the communication style gap between speaker and audience. The Developing Effective Communication Skills PowerApp Workshop helps create that bridge for successful communication.

Bridging the Communication Gap

Participants will have the opportunity to identify their personal communication style by using their ProScan Personal Strengths Report, opening the door to self-awareness.

Participants will then explore and practice skills to recognize different audience styles and how to effectively communicate with them.

For long term results, participants will complete an action plan for increasing their communication effectiveness and measuring improvements over time.
